How to Make a Painting Source Like a Pro

In this workshop, Elli and Dimitra Milan will share how to create painting sources using two different methods: vision boards and photo editing software.

A vision board is filled with images, words, or whatever inspires you. You will learn how to collect images and other things that will work well together as a beautifully cohesive piece. Once the board is complete, they will demonstrate how to draw a sketch coordinating things on your vision board into a source for your painting.

The second method is in digital format. Using Pinterest images or images you’ve taken, Elli and Dimitra will show you how to choose images that work well together. From there they will demonstrate how to digitally combine them into one image that will transform into an amazing painting.
